"I’ve always believed that effective legal advocacy relies on meticulous preparation, strong legal analysis, and practical solutions tailored to each unique case." Before being admitted to practice in California, Aditi built more than four years of intensive litigation experience in India after earning her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. There, she represented clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters, including civil, criminal, matrimonial, corporate, and arbitration proceedings. "Handling such diverse legal disputes early in my career gave me a solid foundation in courtroom practice, legal analysis, and strategic negotiation that I draw upon every single day."
After relocating to the United States and settling in Redlands, Aditi successfully passed the California Bar Examination (a milestone featured in IE Law News) and became officially licensed with the State Bar of California. Wielding both international legal experience and California practice knowledge, she quickly found her focus in workers’ compensation defense.
