Dan Antar
When asked how he became a Workers' Comp Defense attorney, Dan Antar has an easy reply: "It was meant to be."
He grew up in Lyon, France, and went to Law School there at the University of Lyon III.
After graduating from Law School in France, he made the move to California. He was accepted and enrolled at USC: The University of Southern California School of Law where he graduated and obtained an LLM degree. Thereafter, he passed the Bar of California and became an attorney.
He started his legal career at a Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation firm (on the plaintiff/applicant's side), but was then offered a position at a workers' compensation defense firm. Following this experience, he stayed in that field and took the opportunity to work for Benthale, McKibbin and McKnight where he continues to be a defense attorney in workers' compensation.
Mr. Antar now works in the Riverside Office of the firm and is striving to be among the best attorneys in a competitive field.
"We are pleased to add another bi-lingual attorney to our staff," says Ed Benthale, founder of Benthale McKibbin and McKnight. "Dan is a hard-working young attorney who brings another level of international capabilities to our firm."
