More About Gary
Mr. Harrison’s career shows a dedication to handling high-stakes advocacy and sophisticated legal challenges from the onset. He built a strong academic foundation, excelling at California Western School of Law and focusing on Public Law at the University of California San Diego.
Before joining the firm, Gary gained essential litigation experience as a Court-Appointed Attorney with the Riverside Juvenile Defense Panel. In this role, he represented clients in complex Child Protective Service (CPS) proceedings.
"Working in CPS cases requires immense sensitivity and sharp strategic thinking. You are managing independent case files, drafting materials, coordinating with social workers, and providing culturally competent advocacy—all while guiding clients through life-altering decisions," Gary notes.
This role demanded meticulous attention to detail and coordination with multiple stakeholders — skills that are invaluable when defending the interests of our Workers’ Compensation clients.
A truly defining part of his career was serving as the interim Head of Legal for CopyTrack GmbH in Berlin, Germany. For over two years, he operated in a fast-paced international setting, where Gary led a legal expansion program, managed a high volume of cross-border claims, and negotiated complex settlements. This experience instilled a highly efficient, practical, and decisive mindset toward legal management.
Gary’s focus is always on goal-oriented solutions. As he puts it, "Whether I am navigating a complex courtroom matter or structuring a legal plan internationally, the core is the same: understand the objective, learn quickly, and communicate clearly to achieve the best outcome for the client."
Away from his practice, Gary enjoys hitting the open road on his Yamaha cruiser. This passion for riding requires the same clear focus, planning, and keen attention to detail that he brings to successfully defend cases.
